It is presumed and agreed upon that once you have lodged your application with us, we will initiate the submission process within the timeframe outlined during your application. If you request a refund after your application has been lodged, a service cancellation fee of 40% of the application fee may be deemed acceptable. This is only valid if your application hasn’t been forwarded to the relevant authorities.
Please be aware that refunds due to personal alterations or simple cancellations influenced by outside parties may also be declined. It’s important to follow the instructions detailed on our website.
For refunds that are reimbursements unrelated to government-approved rebates, our legal team will decide within 15 days of their review.
All transactions are processed in United States dollars (USD). Upon your written contract withdrawal request, we are committed to making arrangements that accommodate our clients' needs. For those seeking an immediate refund, we can offer a 30% refund of the total amount paid. Alternatively, we can reimburse 59% of the total amount over four months if you are open to receiving the rebate in monthly installments.
Once the payment is received, your bank or credit card company may convert it into your local currency. The same USD amount charged will be returned to you.

Reasons Your Application Can Be Declined
If any of the following reasons are met, the company will decline your refund with immediate effect and your application will be terminated:

Physically abusing any member of the company.

Additionally, Eloabroad reserves the right to decline your refund if we have made significant progress in your application.
